Educating Yourself

In addition to taking steps to improve the quality and comfort of your therapy, you may also benefit from educating yourself about your condition and the therapy you've been prescribed. You may also benefit from developing a support network both inside and outside your home. While education and support may not improve the quality and comfort of your therapy, they can greatly improve the way you feel about your therapy and improve your commitment to sticking with it. In this way, education and support might actually be the most significant improvement you can make.
