I was first attracted to the fact that you had the best prices I could find on the web, and then I was totally blown away by the support you have given me. Talk about personalized help……. To Any body reading this: I am brand new to the field of CPAP and was scared to death over the entire thing. From my first phone call, Bruce has given me all the time I have needed to answer my silly questions and to make me more comfortable with this new HUGE undertaking. He not only guided me in terms of what equipment would be best for MY particular situation, but also walked me through and gave me a blow for blow as to what I should expect. (I think it is realy a big advantage when dealing with CPAP, to be getting guidance from someone who is not only a registered respiratory therapist and equipment provider, but also a CPAP user themselves.) I have at all times felt, from the beginning of my contact with CPAP Shack, that they were truly interested in helping me get the better of my sleep problem, not in just selling me some stuff, so they could make money.
