Orders

Everything being sold on this web site is brand new from the manufacture and carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Federal Law dictates that all orders for CPAP, BIPAP, Humidifiers, CPAP Masks, Nasal Pillows, CPAP Interfaces, Nebulizers, MDI Spacers, Oxygen concentrators and Oximeters cannot be filled without a prescription. Please fax or E-mail prescriptions to the CPAP-SHACK at Sales @CPAP-Shack.com or FAX 1-801-216-2629 within 48 hours of purchase. We verify that a Doctor is licensed prior to the sale of all prescription items. For products shipped to a US address we will need a Doctor that is licensed to practice in the US. Prescriptions older than one year will not be accepted. Also, please note that pressure settings for CPAP / BIPAP machines must be indicated on the scripts. Resmed or Respironics products are available for sale in the US only. All services are provided by CPAP Shack independent of the product manufacturers.

Returns

Please inspect all packages before opening. Due to state health regulations we cannot accept any opened CPAP Mask packages, or Health Supply items that have been worn. We will accept all packages for return if the wrong item was shipped, subject to the approval of CPAP-SHACK INC. There are no restocking fees. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns are subject to the advance approval of CPAP-SHACK INC. Defective merchandise can be exchanged within the manufacturer’s warranty policy. All defective equipment must be returned to CPAP-Shack for warranty service. We will provide a free loaner for our CPAP Patients. We will make every effort to assist you with your product issues. Due to the nature of conducting business through an electronic medium, we cannot be responsible for the mask size that you provide with your order. Bear in mind that mask sizes differ from model to model, and from one manufacturer to another.

Defective Products

Defective merchandise can be exchanged within the manufacturer’s warranty policy. All defective equipment must be returned to CPAP-Shack for warranty service. We will provide a free loaner machine for our CPAP Patients. We will make every effort to assist you with your warranty issues you are responsible for .Shipping and handling fees and they are non refundable.

Refunds

If you fail to provide CPAP –Shack with a prescription with in 2 weeks for items that require one you need to contact us about the delay. Failure to do so may result in the return of payment without product. Due to processing fees from our merchant accounts such as the Credit Card Companies we will be charging you a 5 % fee on your total purchase for transactions returned for failure to provide a prescription. All our products are bought new, direct from the manufacturer and only come with whatever warranty is specified in their literature. Please refer to the manufacturer's user manual, or web site for further information. CPAP-SHACK INC. does not offer any other warranty either written or implied.  There will be no cash refunds only store credit. All approved returns will be credited to another purchase.

Privacy Policy Security

All personal information that is collected by CPAP-SHACK is held in the strictest confidence, and is only used to complete your transactions. No information will be released by CPAP-SHACK except upon your written consent. We do not collect or traffic any information about your activity on the internet. All of our transactions within our site (like information exchange, or purchases) are secure and 128-bit encrypted with industry-standard secure sockets layer technology. The Site Seal with the lock in it tells you that it's safe.

Shipping

All domestic, retail shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified for faster service. All international shipments will be sent FedEx international. You will be emailed on any item that is Backordered or out of stock at the time of purchase. Out of stock products will be shipped as soon as inventory becomes available. This may delay the shipment date. If you are unclear on product availability or to find out if an item is available to be shipped over seas , please contact us at 1-866-761- CPAP (2727).

All free shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground service only. If you request an alternative form of shipping, the free shipping costs are not applied toward your choice of shipping method. Free shipping offer is for shipments within the United States only. Shipments to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO or any other U.S territory or military base do not qualify for free shipping. No exceptions.

Products that can’t be sold outside the U.S. are labeled as such on our shopping cart at check out. The reason why you can’t purchase them is because we have been prohibited by those manufacturers.
